In 1991, Jeff founded Star Base Consulting, Inc. and has served as a consultant for such Cincinnati clients as U.S. Shoe, Proctor & Gamble, Cintas, and LensCrafters, where he has headed projects for the company’s EyeMed division and was the primary designer of the EyeMed claims system. Jeff grew and sold Star Base in 2016.
Over the years, Jeff has gained experience through his consulting in accounting functions, medical claims processing, insurance processing, distribution, forecasting, fundraising, marketing, manufacturing, retail, sales, warehouse automation, and web startups. Jeff enjoys helping companies realize their full potential.
Away from the office, Jeff is a father of two sons and a grandfather. He serves as a life group leader at Legacy Christian Church. He enjoys watching movies in the home theater he designed, riding his motorcycle, and classic cars.
